I am a psychotherapist with over 16 years of helping adults find hope, healing and personal fulfillment in their lives. I enjoy working with adults who grew up with poor parenting, neglect or abuse. My focus is helping my clients learn how to cope with the impact this now has on their current relationships, parenting and any area of their life this may be impacting. My specialties include anxiety and depression, body image, addiction, trauma, and learning to live from a place of wholeheartedness versus perfectionism and self-defeating behaviors. My goal it to provide a therapy experience that is positive, hopeful, heals your struggles and gives you the tools to meet your own needs and take care of yourself and your life.
