As a counselor Jeff enjoys working with pre-teens, teens and adults doing both individual and couples counseling. Jeff also specializes in working with men's issues including sexual integrity/addictions. Realizing the courage that it takes to first come into counseling, he strives to create a comfortable and caring experience for his clients. Using an approach called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Jeff journeys alongside his clients empowering them to live out the life they desire to live and serving as a compassionate guide along the way.
