I look forward to working with you. I am well trained to work with teens,adults and families. My approach is diverse and specific to the individual's issues. Most commonly, I use a (CBT) cognitive behavioral therapy but over the years, I have learned many techniques to help you and /or a member of your family. I have developed therapeutic programs for teens, worked in a psychiatric hospital for adults, taught college classes in psychology, counseling skills and psychopathology. I worked in a public mental health clinic for 8 years before entering private practice over 20 years ago. I love working with people & helping facilitate change.
