As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, my passion is to help couples and families build stronger connections that foster healthy and rewarding relationships. You may be experiencing frequent conflict with your partner or family member. Maybe you are feeling disconnected and disengaged from others and in your life. Or maybe you are a parent with a teen you struggle to communicate with. Whatever the struggle you are facing, my goal is to help guide, support, and empower you to have the relationships and life you want. I am certified in Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy, advanced trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, and use a systemic approach when working with families and individuals. I have worked extensively with the military and Veteran community, helping individuals, couples and families with a variety of stressors including combat-related trauma and injuries.
