Renaissance Recovery At Renaissance Recovery we use the traditional 12 step approach to treatment combined with Gospel Principles as they relate to alcohol and drug addiction. Our program offers intensive outpatient, general outpatient, and aftercare programs lasting anywhere from 3-12 months. We believe that true recovery includes spiritual healing. In our experiences this approach has proven to be the most successful. We ask all clients seeking treatment at Renaissance Recovery to be open to this aspect of recovery. Individuals seeking treatment at Renaissance Recovery are not required to be active members of any religious denomination. Our staff and our program are respectful of all religious backgrounds. Renaissance Recovery is committed to providing it's clients with professional, private, and compassionate treatment. Our team is dedicated to healing and recovery in an atmosphere of acceptance, support, and love. Best of State Renaissance Recovery, one of the premier substance abuse treatment centers in the West, has been named Utah's 2014 "Best of State" in providing mental health services. Nominations for the "Best of State" award are reviewed by more than 100 judges. Each entry is given a numerical score based on three basic judging criteria: 50 percent on achievement and excellence in a specific field; 30 percent on creativity in approaches; and 20 percent to the contribution of improving Utah. Renaissance Recovery, along with other award recipients, were honored at a gala on June 4, 2014, at the Salt Palace Convention Center. Utah's "Best of State" awards were created to recognize outstanding individuals and businesses in Utah. By recognizing excellence in the community, the "Best of State" awards aim to inspire people and companies to work harder and smarter to succeed. Family Program We recognize the family unit as eternal and powerful, for we know we cannot endure this life and embrace serenity and joy to the fullest without connecting and unifying as families and communities. The family disease of addiction leaves a destructive wake in its path. Each family's success in recovery depends on the healthy involvement of the family, we are passionate about the healing of the entire family. Our philosophy is to bring the addict and the family together and to rediscover the truth behind what family relationships are all about. Our goal is to not just treat the addict, but to help the whole family come together in a way they never thought possible. There is no additional cost for family members to participate in the Family Program.
