Navigating life transitions is not always a straight-forward road and it helps to have a road map and at times, a traveling companion. The truth is that all people have moments in life when they need the support of a trusted person who can help think through and strategize ways to build the life that they want. As a social worker of 19 years with expertise in life transitions, relationships, sexual orientation and gender identity, I can help you to connect with the best of who you are and who you want to become. I utilize a relational approach to psychotherapy and draw upon client centered, family systems and cognitive behavioral frameworks. Working from a strengths-based approach, we work together to decide the best path toward healing and building the life you desire. I hold a masters in social work from The University of Chicago and have worked within social service for the last 19 years.
