It is essential that the therapist and office space provide warmth and safety. The deepest pain for people is not feeling understood or heard. I am active in the therapy process and provide direction and clarity to each individual needs. I use cognitive and EMDR as techniques that target the long lingering pain that people have been carrying much of their lives. This process get them unstuck and give them the clarity to make the changes in their life. The EMDR process is one of the techniques that I have found powerful and long lasting.
