As an experienced clinician and university professor, I bridge theory to practice in a pragmatic way. Interventions are customized to you and your individual needs. I provide clinical mental health counseling for individuals, couples, and families. Hypnotherapy is utilized effectively to address chronic pain management. I have extensive success treating persons with PTSD, phobias, panic attacks, and unwanted habits with both hypnotherapy and individual counseling. My unique background as a university professor, clinical mental health counselor, and national board certified clinical hypnotherapist (fellow) allows me to provide an eclectic approach to effective individualized interventions.
