Counseling is a personal and safe process that deeply respects and honors each individual's unique circumstances. I take a positive and creative approach to therapy while partnering with you to work toward healthy change, development, and growth. This process will involve exploring thoughts, feelings and behaviors and taking action to achieve positive change. I am professionally trained in a wide range of mental health topics, including depression, anxiety, OCD, abuse recovery, domestic violence, self-harm, relationships, and life adjustments. I have additional experience in the area of ADHD. I provide emotional support and life enhancement skills for individuals and families living with ADHD. I work with adolescents, adults, and couples.
