I invite you to tell your story and encourage you to take hold of the pen with which your life is written. As human beings we are connected in that each of us will experience pain and suffering, and yet we are also capable of great joy, growth and resiliency. While often it is our tendency to avoid or push away that which causes us distress, it is in bringing it forward and truly acknowledging what is, that eventually leads to greater freedom. Together we will trace the origins of the problems that have led you in search of change and highlight the storylines by which you wish to live. The therapeutic relationship is integral to client change. I will work with you to develop a trusting, safe, collaborative connection. I draw from a wide range of evidence-based therapies to address your whole being; including your cognitions, behaviors, feelings, physical body and spirit.
