Why struggle alone? Change is part of life. I work with adults facing substance abuse, anxiety, depression, grief and marital issues. I specialize in men's issues including work issues, relationship problems, parenting difficulties and stress management. I also provide DUI, court and school required mental health and/or substance abuse evaluations. I support a harm reduction model to help people who struggle with addiction or compulsive choices. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches and offer a safe, calm, private and confidential therapy environment. I am a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Certified Grief Counselor. I work with teenagers and adults.
