I feel very fortunate to do this work, and I hope to have an opportunity to meet with you. Over the years, I have worked with people of all ages with a wide variety of problems. I have worked with young children dealing with family change, worries or difficulties at school. In addition, I enjoy helping adolescents find a balance between being their own person and feeling connected to their families. And with the understanding that we are all trying to do our best, I find that I am able to help adults feel more at peace in their lives. I have had success in helping children, adolescents and adults improve their mood, lessen their anxiety, and feel better about themselves in general. When this happens, relationships at home, school or work tend to improve dramatically. I hope that you take a moment to call me and learn more about me.
