As your therapist, I want to help you navigate areas in your life with which you are struggling. My basic approach is to try to meet you where you are right now, and help you navigate to where you want to be. I use an eclectic approach but the foundation of my approach is Rogerian. It is all about you. I am currently working toward licensure in PA.
