From an early age, people came to me with their life's challenges and problem solving. It always gave me a warm fuzzy feeling of reward when helping others meet their personal goals, find happiness, and fulfill their lives. So naturally, the field of psychology was chosen as my passion and I have spent 30 plus years enjoying my profession. I am interested in working with the whole person using cognitive behavioral therapy along with nutrition, health, physical, spiritual, coaching, and relaxation techniques and tools. It has been a rewarding choice for me! My specialties have been individual and marriage counseling. I use various techniques to help others with their concerns. Also, I enjoy working with eating disorders, depression, panic attacks, generalized anxiety, and perform bariatric evaluations for bariatric surgeons in the area. Everyone is different and is treated as an individual and not a diagnosis. We are a family practice built with my husband, Stanley and my daughter Traci. We have been in Sunrise, Florida since 1980 and have enjoyed a successful therapeutic environment with now five additional therapists. Come visit our warm, caring office.
