I have over 10 years of experience providing counseling to children, adolescents, individual adults, couples and families. I prefer to use a holistic and eclectic approach to therapy, recognizing that we are all individuals with unique strengths, experiences, and struggles. I will work collaboratively with you to use those strengths and experiences to develop a plan that best meets your needs. I have helped people with just about every concern but some of my specialties include treating recent and past trauma, depression, anxiety, parenting issues (especially parenting children with special needs), military issues, and relationship issues. I use a variety of therapeutic interventions and have specific training in cognitive behavior therapy, motivational interviewing and EMDR. I am bilingual in Spanish and English.
