Do you ever feel stressed, overwhelmed, or just plain stuck? Having someone to listen and guide can help a person move to a healthier place. I offer counseling to individuals, families, and couples to improve mood, functioning, communication ,self-esteem, and connection. Why continue to have the same argument, repeat negative behavior, or avoid interacting? By setting attainable goals and working to better understand yourself, you can set yourself up improved success. Are you the caregiver for a child, parent, or loved one with cognitive, mental health, or physical disability? Do you feel like the weight of the world is on your shoulders? Cargiver stress is real. By recognizing and treating caregiver stress you can be healthier and more effective to your loved ones I have worked in the mental health field for more than ten years. I have worked as a fee for service clinician, in emergency services, community based, residential treatment, and administrative capacities. I continue to train and enhance my skills to bring the most up to date treatment methods to clients.
