My goal for each client is to help them get un-stuck. Whether you are a teenager struggling with self-esteem and depression, an adult struggling with anxiety and negative self-talk seeping in from past relationships, or a family struggling with parenting issues, poor communication, problem behaviors, and environmental stressors, I believe my background and training are well suited to assist in positively affecting change. I have experience as both an inpatient and outpatient therapist and feel the combination of these two worlds gives me a unique set of skills to serve you. I work with all ages, with a primary focus on preteens/teenagers through adults. Individual and family therapy are central areas of practice. I am also a licensed clinical drug and alcohol counselor who works with sobriety maintenance and relapse prevention. I offer a rate of $90 and I am currently only in this office on Mondays as I work in a community agency the remainder of the week. I do not accept insurance plans yet I do offer a sliding scale.
