I enjoy helping people to improve the quality of their lives, regardless of the presenting problem. I have published many books and articles on effective and rapid therapy techniques (e.g. Energy Tapping for Trauma), and I appreciate the opportunity to offer these benefits to others. My approach includes teaching clients understanding and techniques they can use to help themselves. I've been practicing since 1974, offering services to adults, couples, children, and teens. Having published 8 books on brief therapy, I train therapists worldwide in these skills. I'm passionate about helping people resolve trauma, PTSD, grief, phobias, anxiety, addiction, depression, chronic pain, and relationship problems. I also offer neuropsychological assessments, smoking cessation, and hypnosis.
