With over 20 years experience in the mental health field, I offer a wide variety of knowledge. I specialize in working with young adults ranging from 16 to 50 years old who may be anxious about their current life situation. This can be a particularly difficult time for women as they navigate through their personal and professional relationships. I believe that as human beings we all struggle at different times in our life and I see my role as helping individuals and families work through these struggles so that they may function at a higher level and feel good about doing so. I am classically trained in behavior analysis, and also bring a family systems perspective to my therapy sessions. Using a systems perspective, clients are able to better understand their relationship patterns, and therefor change them. I also bring a mindfulness/meditation/relaxation element to my sessions to help client's focus on the present. In therapy, I am very results driven and enable my clients to set reachable goals to start living the productive emotionally healthy life that they envision. I also specialize as a life coach for adults looking for direction in their career path and for individuals desiring to increase their career or relationship success.
