I enjoy working with adults who find themselves at the crossroads in their lives due to a stage of life problem, divorce, or a crisis in meaning. I am also very good at helping people address their anxiety, depression or trauma. Over the years, I have developed a love of working with couples who either want to heal brokenness in their relationship, improve communication or divorce with compassion. Additionally, due to my educational background I appreciate working with women struggling with issues across the life span. I specialize in working with adults and couples. Areas of specialty include: trauma, anxiety, depression, women's issues, marital/partner counseling, navigating life transitions, codependency, second-stage recovery from addiction and Mind/Body/Spirit issues.
