Mountaineer Counseling, LLC is conveniently located in downtown Morgantown. I know it can be difficult to work and keep appointments, so I currently offer evening and weekend appointments. I use cognitive behavior therapy to help you manage those negative thoughts associated with your depression and anxiety. I also use dialectical behavior therapy to help you manage those unpleasant emotions you may be experiencing and help you focus on self care. I am looking forward to talking to you about your specific mental health care needs. I have been in the mental health field for 15 years and have been a counselor for nine years. I am a licensed professional counselor and I specialize in depression, anxiety, grief/loss and addictions. Currently, I offer convinient evening and weekend appointments.
