My focus includes working with anxiety, truama, life transitions, mid-life and aging issues, caregiver stress and burnout, chronic illness, terminal illness, trauma, the complexities of military life, and general mental health i.e. depression. I work with individuals 25 to 99+. I am a collaborative therapist who will work with you to make changes towards improving or resolving the situation that is causing you the distress. I am an EMDRIA Certified Therapist in EMDR. I view each client as unique. I am sensitive to and respectful of each person's ethnic, cultural, religious, socioeconomic background, as well as gender and sexual preference.
