I believe fully in the human heart's capacity for healing - this is why I do what I do. Over the past twelve years I have been honored to witness incredible moments of hope, people finding their way back to themselves after surviving trauma, addiction, despair, self-loathing and shame. By offering a safe, holding environment, I encourage folks to find their way back to themselves, with authenticity, compassion for self, and ultimately, profound healing from within.
