I can be most helpful to someone who is facing past or present trauma and abuse, relationship and/or grief and loss issues. This may include issues of anxiety, fear, anger, depression, low self-esteem, grief, guilt, shame, feeling blocked regarding creative expression. I have been effective with teens, adults and seniors in helping them access, strengthen, act and live from their best selves. I have successfully used EMDR Therapy for 21 years to release trauma from clients' nervous systems. I teach clients healthful self-soothing skills to supplant practices that are ineffective or addictive in their effort to release anxiety, anger, guilt, shame, grief. I facilitate a women's therapy and support group.
