I provide services to teens and adults. Couples, family and Individual counseling is one of my passions. I believe in utilizing the client's values, believes, life experiences and strengths to support them in their treatment. I have training and experience to work with trauma, abuse, mood and/or anxiety disorders, family and couples issues. Being fully bilingual in English and Spanish allows me to provide services in both languages as well as understand the specific needs of the Hispanic culture. As former military wife the experiences we lived has offered me the opportunity to understand the strengths and challenges of living a military life while raising children.
