Since 1992, I have worked with more than 4,000 people suffering from sex addiction, drug & alcohol addiction, and behavioral addictions. As a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and Certified Addition Professional, I am uniquely qualified to help individuals get into and stay in recovery from their compulsive and addictive behaviors. My goal is to analyze the behaviors of the addict and help choose the best treatment available. As a Board Registered Interventionist, I have helped family members, friends, and employers intervene on the addicted individual. The end result is getting them treatment they need and deserve. Having worked with thousands of individuals struggling with sex, love, internet, and romance addiction, I have a great deal of knowledge on what works for addiction recovery. Having five post masters credentials and over 22 years in personal recovery, I know how sobriety can work in day to day life. Having a non confrontational therapy style, I am able to build trust quickly and empower individuals to change negative behavior into positive behavior. Helping others to enjoy therapy and life is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.
