Making the first step to begin therapy takes courage and commitment to your path of growth and healing. I am compassionate, collaborative, and interactive, as I join you on your path. I work with late adolescents, adults and couples facing important life transitions and challenges. I have extensive experience treating a wide range of problems including: depression, anxiety, trauma recovery, relationship issues, grief, and career, identity and self-esteem concerns. Having an international background, I fully respect the unique perspective of each person's life experience. My expertise includes using a range of treatment approaches to best meet your needs and goals in therapy. By integrating therapeutic approaches, people often experience improvement in mood, in coping abilities, in relationships and in quality of life, as well as deep emotional understanding and acceptance. I offer day and evening therapy appointments. My office is directly across the street from the Farragut West metro entrance, and a short walk to Farragut North metro entrances.
