With over eight years' experience working in child welfare, mental health hospitals, inpatient hospitals, and residential treatment centers. My passion been working with children and adolescents and helping them form healthy relationships. My counseling and therapeutic approach are unique and innovative. I enjoy being creative and developing individual therapy programs when working with clients. My expertise is working with teenage girls and young women who are dealing with anxiety, trauma, suicidal ideations and much more. I welcome the opportunity to work with all populations. I use play, mindfulness and a variety of other techniques to help people understand, deal with and overcome the obstacles of growing up. I use a collaborative approach to find real solutions for individuals and families in an emotionally safe, comfortable, supportive and non-judgemental environment.
