I believe life is a beautiful, complex and dynamic journey. Along the way, things can sometimes get messy and complicated. Often in these situations, we lose sight of who we are and our perspective can sometimes become unbalanced and off-center. In order to live life fully present and engaged I believe it's important to be as authentic and connected as possible. Often, we are able to refocus on our own; however, sometimes we need the voice of someone outside our circle to gain or establish a new outlook in order to move forward and grow. My passion comes from the work I do with different people. I am driven by the energy created in the relationship with my clients. My clients span all age ranges, backgrounds and ethnicities. I especially enjoy learning, growing and evolving right alongside the people with whom I work. My non-judgmental, open and welcoming attitude immediately puts people at ease in forming a relationship that allows for quick change and development. Also, my work with minority communities and marginalized populations helps me to better understand the experiences of those whose voices have been historically silenced.
