The challenges facing us in life are many. There are constant demands made of us as individuals, couples and in our families. We find ourselves stressed, tired and with little time for ourselves. My goal is to provide a safe, caring and confidential place where you can build skills, develop options, resolve conflicts and feel more clear and competent in life. My approach is optimistic, present-focused and compassionate. Through therapy you can discover your personal strengths and live an intentional life full of meaning and self-fulfillment. I have additional training in hypnotherapy, am certified in Reality Therapy and licensed as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor. As a Marriage and Family therapist, I take a systems approach, considering not only you as an individual, but your environment as well. The first call is the hardest to make!
