Life can be difficult to navigate at times and in seeking therapy you are taking a brave step forward. As your therapist, it is my honor to accompany you on your path to wellness. I am passionate about holistically promoting personal growth and empowering my clients. In my practice, I seek to create a safe and comfortable environment and believe that a strong therapeutic relationship lends itself to the healing process. I've had the privilege of working with clientele across various age ranges, cultural backgrounds, and diagnoses. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma and addiction.I take an integrative approach to counseling where I individualize treatment, encompassing all the different components of one's life. I believe therapy should focus not only on improving symptoms, but also on improving quality of life and interpersonal relationships. I believe that therapy is a collaborative effort and invite clients to take an active role in reshaping their lives through self- exploration in a safe environment.
