I have extended experience helping people through very difficult, scary, and/or unexpected life events. I explore answers in a way that is safe and comfortable. I have 25+ years of experience working with a variety of people from older children, adolescents,adults and older adults. This largely contributes to my ability to integrate various intervention methods. I help people create choices, and develop coping skills. Together, we create the journey toward change. I am passionate about my work. I build on sources of strength in people. I consult with schools, hospitals,and other programs to help enlighten our communities.
