If anxiety /depression is ruling your world, I have a comprehensive treatment plan that can have you managing your life again. Life changes and we all need to adjust at times with these changes. Relationships can change, the kids rock the family system, and personal stuff from our past can become overwhelming. I believe that if you can be honest with yourself, you will have the courage to adjust to some new ideas. These ideas do reside in you. I can help you discover them. My philosophy is, Hope and Courage create Freedom. Free to live our life as intended. "It's Just Anxiety," is the name of my treatment plan for anx/ depression. Too often we feel like the victim to anxiety. It's time to manage it and get your life back. There are tools that you will learn within this plan. Take this time for yourself. Most often individuals have something in their past or current life that has 'shook' them. The result of this, can show up in different ways. My approach is, 'let's figure out what went on, and then deal with it and pack it away so you can move forward.'
