Thank you for your interest in my psychotherapy practice. I specialize in evidence based therapy for children of all ages, teens and families. Although children and families are the focus of my practice, my expertise extends to therapy for all age groups, as well as marital/couples' therapy and group therapy. Common themes addressed in therapy include anxiety, depression, behavior challenges, parenting and co-parenting concerns, ADHD, learning disorders, peer relationships, trauma and loss of a loved one. I believe in the resiliency of individuals and families. I bring warmth, honesty and compassion to my work empowering clients and families to draw on their strengths while helping them toward personal growth and to live rich, meaningful and healthy lives. I have extensive experience working with child and families that have experienced trauma. I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
