Emotional and psychological health are the keys to a happy and successful life! In today's fast-paced and ever changing world, we may find ourselves less likely and less able to control or predict events and circumstances in our lives. But with a healthy mind and attitude, we can be more resilient, and can respond in healthier, more appropriate ways (with a lot less stress!) I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Neuro-Emotional Technique (NET). EMDR and NET are powerful interventions that can rapidly assess and alleviate the consequences of stressors that are creating barriers to health and success. By using these techniques it is possible to make positive, healthy changes in your life.
