As a Therapist my aim is to reveal dysfunctional thoughts, emotions and behaviors that adversely affect daily life. I seek to facilitate transformation, thus enabling clients to realize their potential. There is a level of healing necessary to empower individuals to overcome crisis. Healing transforms us, it produces fundamental changes in the nervous system, emotions, and preceptions, enabling us to move from trauma to peace, from immobility, fear and constriction to fluidity, courage and receptivity.
