Welcome! Finding a therapist who is a "good fit" is very important, as there is amazing power, grace, and opportunity within a good therapeutic relationship. It would be my great joy and honor to walk with you along your current path. In my practice, I am deeply committed to respecting the life experience and personal journey of others. Whether you are facing a bump in the road, an unexpected detour, weariness from the travel, or the need to create a new trail altogether, we can work together to create smoother, safer traveling. I love working with folks in transition (holding space for you to explore your truth, find your voice, gently face your fears, or simply return to your "self"), mothers in the trenches of childrearing (especially those with children with special needs), and spiritual "seekers" of all types. Although many clients and I enjoy an ongoing therapeutic relationship, others have made significant positive changes or decisions, within a few months. We are able to "get down to business", as clients state that they quickly feel "at ease", "seen", "heard", "safe" and "connected". Magic happens in those conditions.
