When you are looking for someone to help you get unstuck from places of emotional, or relational pain you want someone who understands how people get better. You want someone who can really help. I have the experience and specialized training that makes our time together worthwhile. Whether you are struggling with emotional, relational, or performance problems I will take time to understand your unique situation and help you find solutions that bring healing, symptom relief, growth, peace, strength, and joy. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) as well as a licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I am a Christian professional. Christ teaches us how to love people who are struggling, set free those who are stuck, heal those who feel broken, and breathe new life into those who feal exhausted - even dead inside. I received graduate training from Indiana Wesleyan University and additional training from Focus on the Family Institute, the Smalley Institute, Emotion Focused Therapy certification program, and two years advanced training from the John Townsend Counselor Training Program.
