Counseling is one of my greatest joys and being a therapist is a true privilege. In my practice, I work with adults and adolescents on a wide variety of concerns and have particular expertise and interest in the following areas: Anxiety/ Stress Management, ADHD, Career Counseling, Grief/ Loss, Relationship Problems, Life Transitions and Substance Use/ Abuse. I also have a great deal of experience working with students in both community college and university settings. I am passionate about working with students and supporting them in their educational and personal goals. In addition to offering general individual and group counseling, Sandstone Psychological Practice specializes in treating test anxiety for adults and adolescents in both individual and group settings. We also offer thorough, quality evaluations for ADHD and Learning Disabilities and provide behavioral interventions for decreasing symptoms of ADHD and increasing focus. I am committed to helping clients achieve their goals and make desired changes.
