I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 30 years experience working with clients to improve their lives. I also work with people who are blocked creatively or who are trying to change professional direction. My practise is devoted to helping people develop behaviors in the present to deal with life more effectively while overcoming the obstacles in their path to greater fulfillment. The goal might be to heal past trauma or overcome present difficulties. I primarily use cognitive therapy as well as contemplative therapy techniques. The practise is located in Allentown within a lovely and inspiring small art gallery. This unusual location is safe with good parking but still convenient. Evening and weekend times are available. Some insurance is accepted as well as private fee. Referrals are welcome. You may have to leave a phone message.
