I have expertise and specialized training in sexual behavior and addiction and I have helped many people overcome challenges with sexual functioning, alcohol and substance abuse, relationship difficulties, work and career stress, and attention deficit (ADD). I will work closely and collaboratively with you to identify barriers and help you overcome obstacles to enhance your health and improve your relationships and quality of life. I draw from many therapy perspectives choosing those that will work best for the problems presented. Sessions are pragmatic and combine insight with learning new approaches to facilitate change. Relationships and sexual functioning are categories that people sometimes are uncomfortable discussing yet this is an area that I specialize in and can help you improve. Through understanding, goal setting and learning new coping skills together we can enhance your work and personal life. Difficulties in life can be overcome. As a licensed psychologist I have the training and expertise to help you make the changes you desire. I have over 20 years of experience and work primarily with adults and couples. I offer later afternoon appointments to accommodate work schedules.
