Services: Sage Prairie offers Substance Abuse Assessments/Rule 25 Assessments, Day and Evening Substance Abuse Treatment Services for Men and Women over 18 years of age (Individual and Group), MD evaluations for medication management of Substance Abuse, Chemical Dependency Toxicology Testing (Urinalysis/Blood tests), Outpatient/Ambulatory Medical Withdrawal Assistance, Naloxone prescribing/overdose prevention education and prescribing Evidence Based approaches are utilized including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Educational Approaches, Medication Management, Family Programs, Motivational Interviewing, Collaboration with other care providers and Individualized Treatment planning. Treatment hours are 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm and 11:00 am to 2:30 pm one to three weekdays each week depending on individual client needs. Staff includes: Registered Nurses, Licensed Counselors, Drug and Alcohol Counselors, Recovery coaches and a Board Certified Medical Addiction Doctor Sage Prairie accepts most major insurance carriers, private pay, and all major credit cards. Assessments are billed at $190. We cannot judge our clients for their disease, nor their method of recovery
