Do you feel like your life does not seem to be moving or changing or you feel like you are going around in circles? I enjoy working with client's who feel "stuck." People come to counseling for many reasons. Some of these reasons include: help in alleviating distress, for support, help with coping with life's transitions, or self-exploration.
