As a counselor, I understand the importance of creating a safe place for you to process your emotion and explore the issues and choices you may be facing. My professional objective is to do just that - to give you the space you need to process at your pace and focus on your needs and goals. In your session I believe my role is to come alongside you as you process through your past, your present, and/or your future needs and dreams and to assist you in your progression toward resolution and health. I am also a Certified Personal Trainer (American Council on Exercise) which gives me a unique understanding of the multiple dimensions of wellness, the interplay of mind and body, and an understanding of obstacles and goal attainment. This helps me understand you as a person moving toward a specific goal. I offer counseling for individuals, couples, & families on topics such as relationship issues, family conflict, anxiety, and self-esteem. I hold a Master's degree in Professional Counseling, the National Certified Counselor credential, & practice under the supervision of Robin Reeves-Oppenheim, LCSW.
