Life's difficult challenges can leave us feeling lost and overwhelmed. Here you will find a safe, confidential place where barriers that interfere with joy, relationships and life can be addressed. Those who come can feel free to explore feelings, examine life experiences and develop strategies for change. Most importantly, this is a place where you can be yourself and discover ways to reconnect with your dreams and goals for the future. The practice focus includes depression, anxiety disorders, relationships, child therapy/pediatric behavioral health, Asperger's disorder, and parenting. Our offices are a welcoming, inviting space in a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. A special room equipped for play, art and talk therapy is a place where children can freely express themselves (see Photos link for pictures).
