The guiding inspiration for my practice is helping others help themselves in times of heartache and emotional stress. My primary focus is grief and loss - whether death, divorce, fertility challenges, or other losses. Grieving can be a very lonely and isolating experience and I am can provide support and information during this challenging journey. In addition to individual counseling, I am a certified grief recovery counselor and provide grief groups using The Grief Recovery Method®. I have worked extensively with parents that have lost a child.
