I have been a licensed psychologist for over 20 years, providing therapy on an individualized, personal basis to people seeking help for many different reasons and circumstances. I have expertise in evidence-based treatment of trauma, anxiety and mood disorders across the life-span. I will respond to all calls directly. Your needs will be addressed confidentially and personally. From the time of the initial inquiry throughout the therapy process, your privacy, comfort and confidentiality is assured. My clinical expertise include the treatment of the Anxiety Disorders, PTSD, mood disorders and substance use disorders across the life-span. My psychotherapeutic approach is holistic and integrative, utilizing CBT, interpersonal therapy and EMDR. I have training in Mindfulness Base Stress Reduction and Vipassana Meditation. I am a member of the American Psychological Association (APA), the National Association of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies (NACBT), the Anxiety and Depression Disorders Association of America (ADAA) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing International Association (EMDRIA).
