Sometimes suffering can be part of learning and growing as an individual. Other times, however, when the suffering is a repeating, unhelpful, unproductive experience then it is most likely an emotional problem. I am here to help with persistent and discouraging emotional problems. I provide psychotherapy for adolescents, individuals, and couples. I help people suffering from anxiety, depression, relationship issues, parenting problems, adolescent challenges, and self worth problems. People seeking help have one thing in common: they need and want change in their lives. The want to feel and function better more of the time. They want to know what is going on, what is going wrong, and how to make it right. I have over twenty years experience helping people grow, strengthen their relationships, and improve their self worth.
