My ideal client wishes to transform his/her life. My client may suffer from outward signs of dis-ease such as financial difficulties, relationship issues or health problems. I believe that the inner manifests the outer, and so we work from the inside out to address beliefs and thought patterns which may be crying out for change. My clients can expect homework! Working in such a way allows for change quickly, eliminating the need for long term traditional therapy. Our inner thoughts and beliefs effect our outer behavior, which in turn effects our lives. So we, my client and I, work together to examine thoughts and beliefs which may be limiting and change them to a more positive and expansive way of thinking. Unlike more traditional therapy, my approach is not designed to be long term. Instead, my clients learn to recognize limiting thoughts and beliefs and change them. I would rather see my clients empowered to live life joyously on their own, rather than feel a need to do long term therapy.
