Whether your focus is individual, with your partner, or with a family member - the process can be beneficial and effective. My job is to help guide you through the choices, decisions, and communication patterns that are stopping you from making those improvements or changes. Therapy does not have to be intimidating or anxiety provoking. It can instead be an interactive, thought-provoking, learning experience. I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. I am qualified and enjoyed working with a variety of clients - to include individuals (adult, adolescent, and child), couples, and families. I work from a client-centered approach, meaning I believe that you are the expert in your own life. I am a United States Air Force veteran, and my husband is a United States Marine Corps veteran.
